Officers also addressed a suspended-license Uber driver, a breakup-related park visit after hours, juvenile scooter violations, and multiple OVI and drug-related arrests along Lake and Columbia roads.
   

• Staten Island man, 18, arrested in Ohio; allegedly stole $4K in beauty products (silive.com) — Westlake police recently responded to a midday shoplifting call at the local Ulta Beauty, where more than $4,000 in products were reportedly taken before the suspect fled. License plate readers and a multi-agency pursuit helped track the vehicle from Westlake through North Olmsted and into Trumbull County, where two men were detained and the merchandise recovered.
