Tree Down at Hilliard, Road Closed between Canterbury and Dover

The city of Westlake is notifying drivers that there is a tree down at Hilliard and Berkeley leaning on the power lines. 

Hilliard is closed between Canterbury and Dover, according to the Westlake Police Department. 

CEI has been notified and the service department in on the scene.
