WESTLAKE, OH — A pair of duct tape sculptures are on display at Crocker Park through Friday, July 22. Sponsor Duck Tape is encouraging Westlake residents to swing by and vote for their favorite. One sculpture depicts the statue of liberty and American flag, the other is a recreation of the empire state building. Both sculptures are believed to be made entirely out of duct tape, according to Lesley Erwin, customer service manager at Crocker Park.
“Their statues look pretty good in our park,” Erwin told Patch. Erwin went with her family to the recent Duck Tape Festival June 17-19 in Avon, OH, which featured fun, games and a lot of duct tape.
