Cleveland begins a new era Monday night as Horsehoe Casino is set to open at 9:30 p.m. that night.
The casino is expected to be a big draw, as many people in northeast Ohio used to heading to Wheeling or Detroit will opt to stay home for their gaming fun.
In addition to the gambling, Horseshoe has pulled in local restauranteurs like Michael Symon and Rocco Whalen to offer dining options.
