  1. Authorities in Oklahoma City are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a scam that took $15,000 from a woman. Investigators say a 71-year-old woman was shopping at the Walmart near I-40 and MacArthur Blvd. in Oklahoma City when she was approached by a man who claimed to be the store manager. The man was able to convince the victim to withdraw $15,000 from her account (KFOR Oklahoma City)
  2. On Tuesday, a State Supreme Court referee heard arguments from the state department of education and an attorney representing the Western Heights School District. The district was taken over by the state back in July, and a district judge already ordered the school board to acknowledge the state's authority back in August. The school board is now trying to appeal that decision. (FOX 25)
  3. More than 7,000 customers lost power in Northwest Oklahoma City due to a downed power line. (news9.com KWTV)
