Here are the top stories today in Oklahoma City:
- PAMBE Ghana's Global Market 2021 is returning in person at a new Uptown Oklahoma City location. The Global Market specializes in fair trade items from around the world, made by artisans who are paid fair, living wages for their work. The new location opens today at 2420 N. Robinson, in the Uptown 23rd St. neighborhood, and will be open Tuesdays-Saturdays through Dec. 24. (City-sentinel)
- The Oklahoma City police are searching for two porch pirates accused of stealing multiple packages. Surveillance video has been obtained by police showing the suspects taking the packages from a home’s front porch on Sept. 28 near N.W. 10th and Mustang Rd. Police commented, "The only reason they didn’t steal more packages [was] there was simply no place to put them."(KFOR Oklahoma City)
- Metro Tech has partnered with Sunbeam Family Services to offer a new, high-quality early childhood development and education center to serve the community in Southeast Oklahoma City. (City-sentinel)
- The OKC Outlets announced they will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. (KFOR Oklahoma City)
- Oklahoma City residents woke up to tornado warnings and sirens sounds at around 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning, due to a brief area of spin-up near the Mustang area which spurred a tornado warning for residents in Oklahoma City. (KOKH FOX25)
