2. The Distict Attorney will not file charges against the three men accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Daniel Green on July 28. According to Oklahoma City prosecutors, evidence indicates the men shot in self-defense, as Green shot at the men from the porch before he was ultimately shot and killed in front of his family.
