• Eyes on the prize: Optician overcomes reading disability to earn her degree (okstate.edu) — A longtime optician traveled from Alabama to Stillwater to walk the Oklahoma State University graduation stage after overcoming dyslexia to complete her health care administration degree. She credits OSU’s accessibility services and assistive technology for helping her excel academically and is now pursuing a master’s while encouraging others in Stillwater and beyond to keep chasing big goals. 
• Spears Business marketing and communications director honored at 2025 Distinguished Service Awards (okstate.edu) — OSU-Stillwater staff member Stephen Howard, marketing and communications director for the Spears School of Business, has been honored with a campuswide Distinguished Service Award and a Staff Advisory Council Endowed Scholarship. Several other Spears Business staff were also recognized among the 10 finalists and scholarship recipients, highlighting strong staff achievement on OSU’s Stillwater campus.
• Zane Flores enters transfer portal. How it affects Oklahoma State football depth chart (oklahoman.com) — Oklahoma State’s quarterback room in Stillwater is shrinking as starter Zane Flores plans to enter the transfer portal, leaving just two scholarship QBs expected back. With multiple passers departing amid Eric Morris’ coaching transition, OSU faces a thin depth chart heading into next season, raising big questions about who will lead the Cowboys’ offense.
