- A shooting near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and E. 56th Street North Friday has left one 34 year -old person dead and another 16-year-old injured. The case is currently under investigation. (news9.com KWTV)
- Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum has declared June 2 as ‘National Gun Violence Awareness Day’ in Tulsa. It is just one day after the first anniversary of a mass shooting on the Saint Francis Hospital campus last year.
