  1. Twenty-five-year-old Billy Bills is in custody following a shooting incident that occurred on June 14, near 27th and Harvard, at approximately 7:30 p.m. According to a post on the Tulsa Police Department's Facebook page, "Bills will be charged with 1st Degree Murder, 3 counts of Shooting with Intent to Kill, and other felonies. Bills shot four men. Mykai Daniels [one of the people who was shot] died at the hospital. The other three victims were taken to the hospital, and one of them may be paralyzed from the shooting."   2. With the goal of getting patients in and out faster and serving more people in the community, the Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa near 6th and Peoria broke ground Thursday on its new expansion project. According to News On 6, "This project will add 65,000 square feet to the clinic and will offer new services like occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. All of this is offered at no cost to anyone who is a member of any tribe. (News On 6)
