COVID-19 data and safety information

We continue to see consistent declines in COVID-19 infection rates in Tulsa, which is why earlier this week we updated our safety guidance to strongly recommend (rather than expect) masking for all adults and students in our schools and district office sites.

While we are seeing increases in vaccination rates for Tulsa County, rates for students ages 5-12 are lower in comparison to the overall population. If you and/or your child are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine but have not yet received it, we urge you to visit vaccinate.oklahoma.gov today to schedule an appointment. COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective at preventing COVID-19, reduce the risk of spreading the virus that causes COVID-19, and are currently available free of charge for anyone ages 5 and older.
