Prior to her arrest on Tuesday, Wisbey, 29, was last seen at 10:15 p.m. June 1 leaving the Transition Center at 3950 Aumsville Hwy SE in Salem with 26-year-old Molly Delight Terwilleger.
According to Marion County Sheriff's officials, the Transition Center is where some inmates go to learn skills and participate in programs that not only give back to the local community but also provide those inmates with experience that can help them find employment at the conclusion of their sentence.
