• Ashland City Council to discuss electric rate hikes during Wednesday special study session - Ashland News - Community-Supported, NonProfit News (ashland.news) — Ashland residents could see electric bills rise about 3.9% annually starting in 2026, as the City Council reviews a rate study to shore up utility finances and aging infrastructure. This week’s meetings also tackle RV zoning, park activity rules, tobacco and vape licensing, construction fees, and a major consulting contract to guide Ashland’s long-range strategic plan.
