Beaverton Homicide Leads To Arrest Of Roommate: Police
A Beaverton man is in jail, charged with murder, for allegedly killing his roommate, according to Beaverton police.

BEAVERTON, OR — Austin Bryan Sutton, 34, of Beaverton, is in Washington County Jail, charged with murder after his roommate, 37-year-old Levi Benjamin Pierce was shot and killed, Beaverton police said.
The shooting happened around 8:40 p.m. Friday, according to police. They said that they went to a home on SW Macorey Court after people called 911 about shots being fired.
Police said that when officers arrived, they found Pierce with a gunshot wound. Paramedics tried to save him and rushed him to a nearby hospital. Pierce died at the hospital, according to authorities.

He's in jail awaiting arraignment on charges of murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
