• Future Tigard senior living facility receives $25.6M to fund energy conservation measures (valleytimes.news) — Beaverton is one of three cities benefiting from Washington County’s CPACE program, which has now financed over $44 million in energy-efficiency upgrades for commercial buildings. The latest and largest award, $25.6 million, will fund advanced heating, cooling, lighting, and water-saving systems at the future Cedarbrook Senior Living facility in Tigard, projected to cut emissions and utility costs significantly each year.
