Children's Daycare Worker Sodomized, Sexually Abused Kids: Police

John Patrick Gilbreath is accused of sexually abusing at least 2 kids under 4 years old in 2016 and 2018 at a daycare run from his home.

BEAVERTON, OR — A Partridge House Daycare employee was arrested Thursday and charged for alleged sex crimes committed against at least two children who attended the daycare over the past two years.

John Patrick Gilbreath, 69, was taken to Washington County Jail following his arrest. He is being charged with sodomy, sex abuse, and sexual penetration.

According to an indictment filed in Washington County on June 14, the same day of his arrest, Gilbreath allegedly forced himself onto at least two children younger than 4 years old in June 2016 and March 2018, respectively.

It's unclear whether Gilbreath ran the daycare himself, though records appear to show it was a certified facility at one time.

The Partridge House Daycare Facebook page appears to have been deactivated.

Calls to the Partridge House were not immediately returned.
