Landlord Forums In Washington County This Fall
Multiple law enforcement agencies will join Jeff Bennet and his team of attorneys from Warren Allen LLP. to educate rental property owners.

TIGARD, OR β Multiple law enforcement agencies in Washington County will participate in the 18th season of monthly forums addressing issues faced by rental property owners. The forums will be held each month at Portland Community College's Willow Creek Center.
Essentially, the law enforcement agencies hope to educate landlords, rental property owners and managers on how to reduce criminal activity and handle problematic tenants at their properties. According to Tigard police spokesman Jim Wolf, the free landlord forum trainings will ultimately help those who manage rental properties maintain "a more stabilized tenant base."
"If you or someone who manages your rental property is spending time trying to minimize or reduce criminal activity and the associated problems stemming from problematic tenants, you canβt afford to miss out on a monthly program designed to get you desired results," Wolf said in a statement. "In addition, the monthly forums also offer information on how to network with fellow rental property owners and managers in your area."
