Oregon Man Injures Finger At Bar After 6 Drinks; Bar Sued
The plaintiff said the finger injury hurts his chances of "a host of attractive, lucrative careers."

EUGENE, OR -- A man is suing an Oregon bar after he injured his finger following six alcoholic drinks. The Register-Guard reported Winston Martin filed the lawsuit claiming the injury will hurt his chances at a "lucrative career."
The incident apparently happened at Max’s Tavern when a bartender asked Martin to help "separate a pint glass from a metal drink shaker." The glass then shattered, which sent Martin to the hospital, the newspaper reported.
The Register-Guard reported, "Martin went to a hospital after the incident and received several stitches in his left hand. The injury caused him to lose sensation in his left index finger and he only has regained minimal sensation in the digit since then, the suit says."
