Police Make Arrest In Beaverton Patricide Case
Gregory Hall reportedly called 911 after shooting and killing his 80-year-old father, Dennis Hall, early Friday morning.

BEAVERTON, OR — Police on Friday arrested a 47-year-old man accused of shooting and killing his 80-year-old father.
Gregory Dennis Hall was taken to Washington County Jail and charged with murder. He is ineligible for bail.
Beaverton police officers were dispatched just after 5:15 a.m. April 6 to a reported shooting in the 7000-block of Southwest Hoodview Place, according to Beaverton police spokesman Bryan Dalton.

The younger Hall reportedly called police himself to tell them he'd shot his dad, Dennis Robert Hall.
Dennis was taken to hospital while Gregory was taken into custody.

Dennis later died.
