Woman's Body Found In Washington County

Washington County Sheriff's Office said the body was found Jan. 25 after deputies received information about a possible murder.

BEAVERTON, OR -- An Aloha man is in custody Monday after the body of a woman was found inside a car. Washington County Sheriff's Office said the body was found Jan. 25 after deputies received information about a possible murder.

An investigation led deputies to a car in the intersection of Southwest Sarala Street and Southwest Hargis Road where the body was found. The body was identified as 28-year-old Sara Zghoul of Aloha.

An unidentified suspect was taken into custody a few hours later, officials said.

The Washington County District Attorney's Office, Washington County Medical Examiner, and forensics technicians from the Sheriff's Office Forensic Science Unit are assisting detectives in the investigation.
