  1. The teen charged with the murder of 13-year-old Conestoga student Milana Li made an appearance in a Washington County court on Friday. Daniel Gore, 16, faces charges of first-degree murder, although a court has yet to decide whether Gore will be tried as an adult or juvenile. (KATU)
  2. Pedestrian-friendly street upgrades in Beaverton are part of a $20 million package from the federal government, Julia Shumway reports. A total of $2 million of the money will go to creating bike lanes, improved traffic signals, wider sidewalks and other improvements in Beaverton's downtown area. (Oregon Capital Chronicle)
  3. Get the latest on Beaverton School District's updated COVID protocols at KPTV.com. Changes for the upcoming school year include a five-day isolation period for students who test positive, optional masking and no more weekly PCR testing from OHSU.
