GRESHAM, OR — The meeting in Clackamas County on February 2 was supposed to go smoothly. Two men, one from Gresham and one from Beaverton, arrived with 50 pounds of methamphetamine and more than 10,000 pills believed to contain fentanyl.

The men – Juan-Manuel Angulo, 50, of Gresham and Enrique Ocegueda, 31, of Beaverton – were selling and expecting the man that they were meeting to show up with cash. A lot of cash.

Instead, the man showed up with backup. A lot of backup.
