Officers urge residents to check for loose or odd-looking card slots and broken tamper stickers, and to contact Gresham police if they recognize the people shown in surveillance video posted online. 
• Gresham girls basketball freshman Naomi Richards gets double-double in comeback win (theoutlookonline.com) — Gresham High School girls basketball fans just watched freshman center Naomi Richards power a 40–37 home win over Hood River with a huge double-double and disruptive defense, despite late foul trouble. Her scoring burst and key assist to fellow freshman Lute Falepapalangi helped the Gophers erase a deficit and move to 2–1, giving Gresham supporters plenty to cheer about this season.
