Gresham Mom Flees With Son, Police Seek Help Finding Them
Police say that Nicole Serna is only allowed to be with her 3-year-old son, Phoenix, under supervision. On Saturday, she violated that.
GRESHAM, OR – Take a good look at the little boy in the picture. His name is Phoenix and he is 3-years-old. Also take a good look at the woman in the photo. Her name is Nicole Serna. She is 27-years-old. She is Phoenix's mother.
Police say that the state's Department of Human Services requires that she only be with Phoenix under supervision.

Police sat around 8 a.m., Serna took Phoenix from the home and before she could be stopped by the person that they were staying with, they were gone.
A spokesman for the police department say they "are concerned about the welfare of Phoenix."

Nicole was arrested on theft and drug charges.
