• Suspects caught after string of Ulta thefts total more than $26K in stolen merchandise (kgw.com) — Gresham police say three people have been charged in a months-long series of Ulta Beauty thefts, with the Gresham store hit at least 10 times and nearly $27,000 in products taken across the metro area. Officers used security footage and Ulta’s reporting system to build an organized retail theft case, aided by Multnomah County’s new task force targeting repeat offenders.
