Gresham Police Find Man And Woman Shot In Crashed Car, Hunt Shooter
Gresham police late Wednesday found a man and woman shot in a car that crashed.
GRESHAM, OR — Gresham police found a man and woman with gunshot wounds at the scene of a car crash in the city Wednesday night.
Officers responding to a 911 call found the unidentified man and woman about 10 p.m. at the intersection of Northeast 188th Avenue and Northeast Holladay Street.
Both were conscious and breathing inside the car, police said. Ambulances took them to hospitals. Their condition was not known.

Police have not yet released any information about what may have led to the shooting other than to say that they believed the shooter either stood right outside the car or was in another car that pulled right up next to the couple's car.
They added that they believe that after the shooting, the couple's car may have proceeded a little before crashing.
