"Move in Multnomah," a new program started by the county, pays landlords to house the homeless, offering to cover rent for one year.

GRESHAM, OR — Multnomah County wants to get people off the streets and get them out of shelters with a new program, Move in Multnomah.
The county's Joint Office of Homeless Services runs the program, which pairs landlords or people with a spare apartment or room with people who need a place to stay.
