Banks Gas Station Robbed Tuesday Morning: Sheriff

BANKS, OR — A gas station in Banks was robbed just before 6 a.m. Tuesday and the suspected robber is reportedly still on the loose, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's officials say an employee at Time Out Gas Station, located at 49950 N.W. Sunset Highway, said a man came in, implied he had a gun, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Washington County deputies and officers from Forest Grove and Beaverton used a K9 to search for the suspect but came up empty-handed.

The suspect was only described as a man wearing dark clothing.
