Hillsboro Hillsbrew Festival Begins: 3 Days Of Beer, Music, Food

In case anyone had doubts whether Oregonians like their beer, a new festival in Hillsboro should wash the doubts away.

HILLSBORO, OR — More than 30 Oregon brewers from across the state are n Hillsboro this weekend showing off the best of their stuff. So, hops on over to the Wingspan Event Center for the first annual Hillsbrew Festival.

From Hillsboro's own Vertigo Brewing, Three Mugs Brewing, and Deep Space Brewing to Deschutes Brewery from Bend and Caldera Brewing Company in Ashland, there's a selection showing the diversity of tastes on display.

There will also be plenty of food from Washington County standouts such as Flying Barracuda BBQ and Coyote Bar and Grill.

Organizers say that there will also be live music on Friday and Saturday nights from The Demoninators and Anna Piper.

They also stress that while the expect the festival to be fun, it will not be family fun. No minors will be allowed, even if they're not gong to drink. Adults and adults only.

Speaking of restrictions, the festival will be following still in place COVID-19 rules. People will need to show proof that they've been vaccinated with Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson and Johnson vaccines. Masks will also be required inside the event space.

The festival starts at 11:30 a.m. each morning and ends at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
