• Sheriff: Man runs from Washington Co. courthouse after probation revoked (kptv.com) — A man allegedly tried to flee custody from the Washington County courthouse in downtown Hillsboro after his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to prison. Deputies and a prosecutor chased him from the Hillsboro courthouse and caught him a few blocks away near NE Third Avenue and NE Jackson Street. He now faces an indictment on a second-degree escape charge.
