Walters Artisan Pop-Up Shop Coming To Hillsboro On Tuesday

HILLSBORO, OR —The city of Hillsboro will host an event Tuesday that gives attendees a chance to purchase unique gifts for family and friends while supporting local artists.

The Walters Artisan Pop-up Shop will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Walters Cultural Arts Center, 527 E. Main Street. The event will feature one-of-a-kind jewelry, a variety of ceramic pieces, home goods and accessories, fine art and photographs, handmade soaps, candles, toys and more made by artists from Hillsboro and Washington County.

The event is free and all proceeds from sales will go directly to the artists, according to organizers.

The pop-up shop will take place during the Hillsboro Art Walk, and other art-related events will be held simultaneously at the Walters Gallery and throughout downtown Hillsboro.

In accordance with state and local guidelines, officials remind attendees that masks are required for the event.
