Darby Jay Martin was sentenced to 15 years in state prison Monday after pleading guilty to rape charges.

HILLSBORO, OR — Washington County Circuit Judge Oscar Garcia sentenced a Washington man to 15 years in prison Monday after he pleaded guilty to first-degree rape and other charges last month, the Washington County District Attorney's Office said.
Darby Jay Martin, 28, of Everett, Washington, also pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sexual abuse, using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct and two counts of first-degree unlawful delivery of a Schedule 1 controlled substance, the district attorney's office said.
Martin was handed over to the Oregon Department of Corrections to be taken to one of the state's prisons to serve his sentence.

Deputy Washington County District Attorney Sara Loebner, who prosecuted the case, on Monday thanked the unidentified girl who first reported Martin to the sheriff's office when she was an underage teen, she said in a news release.
The girl said Martin took her and a cousin to a location that has not been revealed, where he gave them both LSD and sexually assaulted one of them, according to court documents.

The girl told deputies that she knew of a third victim whom Martin had also given drugs, according to court documents. That victim told investigators of more victims, two of whom were located, the district attorney's office said.
