• 22-year-old Keizer motorcyclist dies in fatal crash on Highway 99E (statesmanjournal.com) — A 22-year-old Keizer motorcyclist, Xander Ashton Colter, died early Dec. 13 after a collision with a car at Highway 99E and Quinaby Road NE. Oregon State Police say impairment by the Woodburn driver, who was arrested for DUII, is considered a primary factor as the investigation continues.
