• EOCIL and Ontario Senior Citizens receive OCF grant funding (elkhornmediagroup.com) — Two Ontario organizations just received significant support from the Oregon Community Foundation, with EOCIL getting $20,000 to expand HIV case management and the Ontario Senior Citizens Center receiving $15,000 to remodel its kitchen. These grants are part of a broader round of funding to 260 nonprofits statewide, including 17 in Eastern Oregon, aimed at strengthening communities and addressing urgent needs.
