Missing Clackamas Teens: Sheriff Looking For Hailey and Matthew
Hailey Prouty and Matthew Finney have not been seen since February 16. She needs medication that she does not have.
Oregon City, OR — Hailey M. Prouty is missing. He hasn't been seen since last Wednesday, February 16 when she left her home on SE 70th Avenue.
The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says that the 16-year-old is without medication. If she doesn't take it, it could develop into a life threatening situation.
They believe that she may be with another 16-year-old, Matthew Finney.
