Join Central Oregon Trail Alliance for Biketoberfest
Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) hosts a trail maintenance event in October that focuses on repairing damaged parts of the trail.

The Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) is a nonprofit dedicated to developing and maintaining Oregon's mountain biking and hiking trails. Founded in 1992, COTA is an all-volunteer organization that advocates for responsible trail use
Biketoberfest is COTA's annual trail maintenance event. In the past, attendance for this event has exceeded 500 volunteers. Brennan Morrow, Communications Director for COTA, feels confident that number will be closer to 600.
The event will occur on Saturday, October 15 at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 2:00 p.m. If you'd like to attend the maintenance project, you will need to wear protective clothing and equipment. Sturdy shoes, eye protection, long pants or gloves are encouraged.

If you're under the age of 18 and you'd like to participate in Biketoberfest, complete a waiver ahead of time so you aren't turned away the day of.
