OREGON CITY, OR — Students at Oregon City High School wore purple Monday to honor fellow student Bianca Ceperich, whom authorities identified Sunday as the person killed in a car crash.

Principal Carey Wilhelm identified Ceperich in an email to the school community.

Ceperich was one of four Oregon City High School students in a silver sedan that crossed the center line in the 10000 block of South New Era Road near Canby and crashed into a black truck on Friday, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office said that Ceperich died at the scene. The driver of the truck and the three other students were all taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, the sheriff's office said. None of the others was identified, and there has been no update to their conditions.

"We are devastated to learn of her death," Wilhelm said in his email. "Our hearts go out to their families and friends, and our thoughts are with those who were involved."
