OREGON CITY, OR — For two years, Oregon City has been working with Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1324 to renovate the Veterans Memorial Plaza at Mountain View Cemetery. On Wednesday, the VFW Post gave the city $12,000 to help with the project.

"We were looking for ways to modernize the plaza, make it accessible and safer," Commander Greg Arnold said. "I was honored to sit in on the planning process and help provide valuable input and guidance."
