• Clackamas County closing in on sale of former Oregon City courthouse site (lakeoswegoreview.com) — Clackamas County is finalizing the sale of the former downtown Oregon City courthouse site to Land Development NW, clearing the way for a five-story mixed-use project with housing, retail, and expanded Liberty Plaza. Plans discussed at an Oregon City commission meeting include a market, ice cream shop or bakery, and a parking garage, with design review expected in 2026 and construction running through 2028.
