Oregon City Warns of Algae Blooms in Clackamas Cove

Children and pets are at greatest risk.

The Oregon City Department of Public Works has issued a health advisory for Clackamas Cove because of the possible presence of blue green algae blooms.

The blooms tend to be m0re prevalent during warm weather.

The city is telling people to be aware of water conditions and do not use this water for drinking or cooking. Children and pets are said to be greatest risk.
