The snow is expected to move into the area around 5 a.m. and could leave anywhere from a dusting to up to 3 inches. As usual, the higher the elevation, the likelier that you will get more snow.

The good news is that warm air enter will move into the area by early afternoon. With the temperatures reaching the mid-30s, any remaining snow will turn to rain.
Once that rain stops, forecasters say that it might be dry all the way through until Monday morning.
In the meantime, if you can take mass transit – or even better, stay home – you might want to consider that on Thursday morning.
