• Civil Exclusion Zone in effect: Oregon City targets repeat offenders in downtown area (katu.com) — Downtown Oregon City now has a Civil Exclusion Zone where repeat offenders can be temporarily barred for certain nuisance and criminal behaviors, on top of citations or arrest. The zone covers key stretches of Main Street, Highway 99E, Washington and Center streets, and Singer Hill Road, and includes an appeal process through the City Manager.
