• Roseburg man arrested for allegedly killing puppy on FaceTime (kezi.com) — Roseburg police have arrested a 21-year-old local man in a disturbing animal abuse case involving the death of a four-month-old puppy, reportedly shown during a FaceTime call. He remains in custody on multiple aggravated animal abuse charges, and authorities are urging residents to promptly report any suspected animal mistreatment in their neighborhoods.
