β’ Man dies after crashing into building in Scappoose (columbiacountyspotlight.com) β A 78-year-old driver died after an apparent medical emergency led him to crash into a construction trailer near Southwest Callahan Road and Southwest Old Portland Road in Scappoose. Police closed the area on Dec. 9 while attempting life-saving measures, and say impairment is not suspected and no one else was hurt.
