Oregon COVID-19 Cases Pass 336,000; 44 New Deaths Reported

Hospitalizations in Oregon due to COVID-19 declined on Monday even as deaths continue to rise.

WILSONVILLE, OR – Clackamas County helped lead the way as Oregon COVID-19 cases continue to rise. While the number of daily cases are below where they were at the height of the summer surge, the state reported Tuesday 1,650 new cases were totaled the day before.

The state also reported 44 more deaths.

Oregon has now reported 336,598 total cases and 3,867 deaths.

Hospitals around the state continue to be jammed. Across Oregon, there are only 67 available adult ICU beds and 291 non-ICU beds available. That's less than 10 percent of total beds in each category.
