Authorities say the suspect and victim knew each other, and investigators are still piecing together what led up to the gunfire.
   

• Wilsonville council to vote on major sewer, stormwater rate hikes (katu.com) — Wilsonville officials are poised to approve steep multi-year increases to sewer and stormwater rates that could push the average monthly utility bill from about $75 to more than $126 by 2030.
