Students, Parents Get Chance to Visit Junior High

Junior High School — it’s a whole new world, and it can be a bit daunting.

To alleviate some of the jitters, the Abington School District will hold tours of the junior high school on Monday, Aug. 27 at 9:30 a.m. and at 11 a.m.; both tours will begin in the Little Theatre. 

The tours are designed for new students and parents who will be new to the junior high school in September, but the public is welcome as well.

In addition to the Little Theatre, visitors will see the choral and orchestral areas, the gymnasiums, commons, library, guidance and health suites, administrative office, science wing and a number of selected clinics and classrooms.
