Abington Police Recruiting: See Video Here
Police release a recruiting video, saying they don't do their jobs to write tickets or lock up bad guys, but to make a difference.
ABINGTON, PA — The Abington Police Department is looking for recruits, and released a video on YouTube to try to bring in some talent.
The video begins with police officers in the department giving what are not their reasons for joining.
"I don't do this for the excitement," one officer said.

"I don't do this to lock up bad guys," one said, finishing the list.

"I do this to help people... to make our streets safer... to protect the community," other officers are seen saying.
