Disorderly conduct … Emmanuel Mathis, 33, of Sparks Street, Philadelphia, was arrested June 6 at 2:10 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Township Line Road and Grove Avenue after police saw a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.

Retail theft … Danny Pendergrass, 20, of Stevens Street, Philadelphia, was arrested June 5 at 5:31 p.m. after a Baby Gap loss prevention officer saw Pendergrass select $36 worth of store merchandise, put the items in a bag and attempt to leave the store, police said.

Retail theft … Arieal Porterfield, 21, of 18^th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested June 4 at 3:08 p.m. after a Macy’s loss prevention officer said Porterfield concealed $136 worth of merchandise and left without attempting to pay, police said.

Retail theft … Meghan Kihm, 22, of Welsh Road, Philadelphia, was arrested June 4 at 1:14 p.m. after a Sears loss prevention officer saw Kihm conceal $135 worth of store merchandise and leave without attempting to pay, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Geoffrey Orozco, 26, of Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, was arrested May 28 at 10:11 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Edge Hill and Mount Carmel roads in which police observed a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
