Retail theft … Evgenya Goroshovsky, 63, of Hendrix Street, Philadelphia, was arrested June 23 at 2:01 p.m. after a Bloomingdale’s loss prevention officer saw Goroshovsky select $145 worth of store merchandise and conceal the items in a bag and leave without attempting to pay , police said.
